 There was a Parent / Student Forum at MSP. The topic was: Delete Risky Behaviors...Growing Up Online and Substance Abuse Prevention
April 2, 2008 A Parent's Guide for the Prevention of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug Use booklets have been distributed to parents of  Plainville students in grades 5-12. If you have not received a booklet, please contact: Roberta Brown 793-0221 ext. 261 or Lynn Davis, 793-0221 ext. 410.
Dec 27, 2007 We are happy to announce that we received  a grant in the amount of $1,250 from the Elizabeth Norton Trust Fund.  The funds will be used to support the goals of  the Community of Concern initiative.

We will be holding a special meeting to plan for our Community of Concern spring event on risky behaviors on Thursday, Jan. 3, at 2:00 p.m. at the Town of Plainville Recreation / Youth Services Office.

 The Community of Concern booklets entitled "A Parent's Guide For the Prevention of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug Use"  have arrived and will be distributed to Plainville parents this year.
